Bob has been creating science fiction and fantasy art since the 1980’s.

His clients have included magazines such as Amazing Stories, Talebones, Tomorrow Speculative Fiction, Expanse, Figment, Pirate Writings and Space & Time. He’s illustrated the short stories of over 140 authors including many of the genre’s best known such as Ursula K. Le Guin, Larry Niven, Algis Budrys, Laura Brodian Freas, Alexander Jablokov, Yves Maynard and Ken Wisman to name a few.

Bob has illustrated for popular games such as In Nomine and New Sun by Steve Jackson Games and Citybook Five: Sideshow by Flying Buffalo. Bob was one of the original artists to design the first set of cards for the highly successful Legend of the Five Rings, formerly owned by Wizards of the Coast.

Bob has collaborated with some of the major names in fantasy art including Jeffrey Jones, Anthony Waters, Finlay Cowan, RK Post, Christopher Shy, Bob Giadrosich, Julianna Kolakis, Nigel Sade, Raphael Lacoste and Angela Barnett.

Bob has exhibited his artwork around the U.S. including two successful group shows at the Atrium on Park Avenue in Manhattan, the Rhode Island School of Design Museum and The Naval War College Museum. For 10 years, Bob was a regular exhibitor in the art show at the world famous DragonCon science fiction convention in Atlanta. For three years a mural Bob designed for the Centers for Disease Control was on display in a hearing room of the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington DC.

Bob’s most recent book Moordragon’s Illustrated Grimoire was released on Halloween 2018 and is available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble’s websites among others. He is currently working on a graphic novel companion to the grimoire.

In 2011, Bob was the main artist and designer of the Zombie Pandemic graphic novella published by the Centers for Disease Control. The online version of it went viral on the internet and was featured in many news reports and blogs following a string of zombie-like crimes and the resulting public panic in the spring of 2012. Such major media outlets as ABC and CBS News, The Morning Show,  USA Today, The Huffington Report and Wired Magazine reported the story including samples of Bob’s artwork.

Bob has been listed in the Marquis Who’s Who in America four times, is an L. Ron Hubbard Illustrators of the Future winner and received an American In-House Design Award as part of the creative team behind the CDC’s Zombie Pandemic graphic novella.

Bob studies Witchcraft and lives in Atlanta with his wife Jovilen.
